Welcome Aboard, Nathan!

I feel compelled to say that we must be doing the right things for our clients here at CharlesWorks! We have experienced unprecedented growth through the worst economic times I have seen in my lifetime. Those who choose to become our clients quickly come to understand that we really do want to help them.

Part of continuing to provide our clients with the highest quality support in their web endeavors is the hiring of our latest team member – shown to the right – Nathan Wesley.

Here is the text of a press release that ran in the Monadnock Ledger, a local Peterborough, NH newspaper:

Peterborough based web hosting and design company CharlesWorks.net hired Nathan Wesley of Swanzey, NH full time. Nathan graduated from the Northern Kentucky University in 2009 Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Theater. Nathan is also a lead singer of The Hotel Dogs, playing gigs at E.F. Lane lounge in Keene as well as other locations. Nathan expects to be kept very busy at CharlesWorks.net, which handles nearly 1,800 web sites. CharlesWorks.net is believed to be the only web hosting company with its infrastructure physically located within the Monadnock Region, and therefore truly a local business.

Our business growth and desire to provide the best possible client support dictated the need for more expertise. Nathan is a great fit here and we are proud and delighted that he chose to become part of our team.

Nathan’s drawing talents developed early for him, culminating in a lifelong hobby of creating motorcycle drawings. Many are online at NathanWesley.com and we hope you will visit his site as well to really grasp how talented he is.

Nathan also represents CharlesWorks in the Elm City BNI chapter (Business Networking International http://bninh.com/viewChapter/122951). He holds the classification of Web Hosting-Design in that chapter. They meet Wednesday mornings at 7:30 at Langdon Place of Keene.

About Charles Oropallo

When about 6 or 7 years old, I began my interest in electronics as a hobby when my grandmother let me play with flashlights. Naturally, I took them apart to see how they worked. I’ve been taking things apart ever since, although the equipment has become a bit more complex.

In November of 1977, in my mid twenties, I authored and implemented an online Bulletin Board System (BBS) called Access-80 (photo of the actual system at http://Access-80.com). It operated on a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model I, Level II microcomputer. There were only a handful of such systems online for public use on the entire planet at that time.

I founded CharlesWorks in June of 1998 to provide reliable and affordable hosting solutions.
